My client manages real estate holdings, held by their Foundation. It profits from the real estate holdings and other investments fund their grant-making. You will be assigned on site (walking distance) 1 office building with a small crossover of 60 units in residential.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have a minimum of 2+ years of technical experience in a Class A office setting.
- 07 License highly preferred but not required
- You will have excellent communication skills internally and externally and the ability to work with a team.
- Experience with all general maintenance requirements of the building (electrical, plumbing, preventative)
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot and read/understand blueprints
